Name: Cassius Lamont
Name Meaning: Vain Lawyer
Nicknames: People mainly just refer to him as Cassius. He doesn't let anyone call him by anything else.
Age: 22
Birthday: August 8th
Zodiac: An overpowering Leo.
Hair: Cassius has dark gold, tawny hair that falls around his face like a mane. It is slightly wavy, and it goes to right
above his shoulders. His hair is very shiny and soft. He rarely styles it at all, but when he does, it's just in a simple braid
tied with a leather string.
Eyes: Dark blue with flecks of gold.
Height: Cassius is on the tall side, standing about 6'0".
Weight: Cassius would never reveal his true weight if he was asked, but just between us...it's about 180 pounds. For some
reason he always thinks he's fat, and he throws fits if anyone asks him his weight or implies he's getting chunky.
Body Shape: He has a thin type of body shape, with thin shoulders and a thin waist. His chest is also thin, and pretty flat;
he has no defined muscles at all.
Clothing: Back on Vehemens, Cassius was very fond of tight leather breeches and a loose white shirt that was open at the top
of his chest. He also loved a pair of soft brown boots that went up to his mid calf. On Otium, however, he has taken a liking to
double-breasted, pinstriped suits with two-tone shoes. If he's just going out to the market or something, however, he wears Docker-like
Khaki pants with a pull over cardigan sweater. With this he also normally wears a pair of loafers. If he's going to go out, he'll
spend the extra money to rent a tuxedo with tails and a vest. Although he rarely wears them, he's also taken a liking to sneakers.
When he's at home, he loafs around all days in a red robe with black fur trim.
Other: Cassius has the pale color of someone who was once quite tan but spent too much time inside and has gone pale. His actual
skin color is a very light tan, and he likes it that way. He has no piercings or tattoos either (that would mar his perfect look!),
but he does wear a heavy ring with a large diamond on his right ring finger.
Overall Appearance: Cassius has the good looks of a Roman God just stepping off of the pedestal. With his noble nose, thin,
delicate eyebrows, and the perfect cleft in his chin, he is quite the heart stopper. Women often swoon over him, and he loves the
attention they give him.
Personality: To put it bluntly, Cassius is full of himself. He loves to hear things about himself, and he is quick to anger
at anyone who has the audacity to not think he is the greatest person that ever lived. To the outside world, Cassius puts on a façade
of being a kind, generous young man who gladly helps anyone in need. In fact, the only reason Cassius ever helps anyone is that he
think he'll get something out of it himself. Cassius is also a huge ham. He loves the spotlight, and he will do anything to be in
it. He always wants attention, and he always has something memorized that will bring attention to him. Cassius is the sort of person
who always arrives fashionably late to everything.
But this is just what the outer world sees. Cassius is really a cruel, evil person who knows exactly where to strike to make it hurt.
He also likes to make a show of his actions, and when he fights, he tends more towards big, flashy moves. Cassius is quick to point
out the faults of other people, and he will hear nothing of his own. After a battle, Cassius always wants to be the one telling all
the stories, and they all turn into "The one that got away" stories. Also, those stories always depict himself as the hero
(naturally).
As far as being a Pravus….Cassius really loves it because it gives him special powers, and he thinks his
uniform is fetching. He drives
the other Pravus crazy with his actions, however, but he is a good ally because of his absolute contempt of all senshi and his
drive to always succeed.
Strengths: Cassius is good at gathering information because of speaking skills. He is also very good at creating diversions,
especially when his looks are involved. Also, he has a very heightened sense of hearing from many years of musical studies. His magical
skills, however, lie more in detecting people's weaknesses, or perceived weaknesses (especially ones that have to do with said person
having no self esteem).
Weaknesses: Cassius always, always wants to be entertained. He rarely pursues anything that doesn't catch his interest. He
also can't take any insult, and often he hears innocent comments as insults. Handling his temper is not his strong point, and he
often explodes on little notice.
Likes: Cassius. Playing music on his violin. Cassius. Lions. Cassius. Acting. Cassius. Going to plays. Cassius. Playing
mind games with people. Cassius...
Dislikes: Anyone else who tries to steal the spotlight from him. He also hates vulgar language and will not stand for it from
anybody. Evil as he is, he does not like fighting girls, although he will at the drop of a hat of they are senshi. He is always
very polite to women outside of fights, though, and can't stand to see anybody treat them rudely. He also greatly dislikes crude and
vulgar language.
Hobbies: Cassius loves to act, and he spends a lot of time in the theatre or in the library getting monologues. He finds Otium
monologues are especially interesting. His other hobbies include playing his violin and grooming himself.
Dream/Aspiration: Cassius would love to be a world-class actor. He also wants to tour with his violin. Oh, and he shares the
Pravus dream of killing the senshi and ruling the universe. Whatever he does, though, he wants to be the center of attention.
Somewhere at the back of his mind, he has always wanted to be a lawyer, and that's why he is still at law school.
Favorite Gemstone: Diamond
Favorite Color: Light Blue

Least Favorite Food: Steak (or any hunk of meat just tossed on a grill and allowed to sizzle).
Favorite Subject: Law
Least Favorite Subject: Creative Writing
School: Cadence University
What Grade are they in?: Junior
Schedule: Cassius is taking Pre-law, Music Theory, Government and Politics, Theatre Productions, and Sociology.
Grades: Cassius is passing most of his classes, but just barely. He spends way more time socializing than studying. His
average is probably about a C average.
School Status: Cassius is Super-duper popular.
Lovelife: Himself. Cassius really has no eyes for anyone besides him.
Home: Cassius lives in a small, two-bedroom apartment in Idania. He would like a bigger area to live in, but he is on a
somewhat tight budget right now and cannot afford to live in Fausta. He rarely tells people where he lives, however, because he
doesn't want to be associated with "lowbrow" society.
Family: Yestin Lamont (Just Lawyer) - father. Yestin was a quiet, serene man who always did what he thought was right,
even if it didn't win him his case. He was in the lawyer business for the sake of saving the innocent, not making any money. He was
a very wise man who had grown old long before his time. His hair was all white, but his blue eyes were very intelligent. He hardly
ever got angry with anyone, and he hated strife and anger.
Eurydice Lamont (Justice Lawyer)- mother. Eurydice was a very calm, well brought up woman. She weighed arguments with great
deliberation before coming to a decision about anything. Unfortunately, she was never allowed to express herself the way she wanted
to in society. Instead, she learned to speak through her husband in affairs of state, although he always knew what she was doing.
She had dreamy blue eyes and the most beautiful blue hair.
Amadeus Lamont (Love of God Lawyer) - brother. Amadeus was a prodigy. At a very young age, he surpassed his brother at nearly
every musical pursuit. There was always tension between the two of them, although most of the tension came from Cassius' side.
Friends: Orleans Vamzer (Golden Finger) - A snobbish boy known for his parties and his absolute control over his friends,
Orleans is the kind of person you'd expect to meet at a very exclusive men's club. Indeed, he attends university with Cassius, and
they spend a lot of time together, although they're not exactly friends. Cassius hangs with him to get all the information about
high society, and Orleans hangs with Cassius to get girls. Orleans has dark brown hair cut in a Hugh Heffner style and golden eyes.
Gin Delaney (Silver Descendant of the Challenger) - Another boy like Cassius, he's not the kind of person anybody likes. He's
actually more of a rival; he likes to contest Cassius every step of the way. There's always lightning between them, even in the most
casual situations. Women like him because of his Grecian blonde hair and deep green eyes. Cassius doesn't like him for the same
reason he didn't like his brother; Gin is as talented, if not more, than Cassius.
Qimat Gemma (Valuable Precious Stone) - A somewhat eccentric person, Qimat is the school fashion designer. She loves drawing
and making up new clothes designs, and she likes to use Cassius as her model. Her hair is dark purple, and her eyes are an astonishing
green. She is very naïve, and she has a huge crush on Cassius, but she is too shy to tell him.
Jetta Lalai (Careless Black Gem) - Jetta is one of the school "princesses". She is an extremely popular, beautiful girl who
is in nearly every production that Cassius is in. her hair is deep black, and her eyes are also mysteriously black. She is almost
always prom and homecoming queen.
History: Cassius was born to a well-respected lawyer, one of the best in the kingdom of Nydia. Yestin was the legal consul
for the king himself, and he had brought a respectable name to him and his entire family.
Cassius was the first born, and as thus, he had the privilege of being the one chosen to carry on in his father's footsteps. He
didn't mind so much learning about the law, and he was actually quite happy around it. Then, when he was about six years old, his
brother Amadeus was born. Cassius had always enjoyed being the center of attention, but now that his brother was there, he no longer
was doted over. He decided that if he was patient, eventually attention would come back to him. And, after a fashion, it did. Then,
one day, as Cassius practiced his violin (which he loved to death) little Amadeus came toddling in. After a stern warning from his
mother, Cassius grudgingly let Amadeus play a little with his violin.
As it turned out, Amadeus was a natural. One of Cassius' secret desires was to be a world famous violin player, but now it became
apparent that his brother outstripped him even at that. Shaken and hurt inside, Cassius began to turn away from his loving family.
It was about this time that Prince Shita was attacking the country of Nydia. In all the turmoil, Yestin lost his place in the King's
house, and the family no longer had all that they had had before. After Shita gained more power, he even turned the Lamont name into
something of a disgrace. The family banded together, however, and swore to protect each other.
Cassius, on the other hand, found the rebel leader too inviting. He spent more and more time hanging around Shita's troops, and
eventually he himself was drawn into all the power and glory of battle. His family despaired of him, and he turned his back on
them. This, of course, made him feel even more wounded, and everyday he grew more jealous of his brother, whose violin music made
his own seem pale and shallow.
The evening that Cassius decided to leave for good, Amadeus caught him packing. Cassius tricked Amadeus into a false sense of security,
and gently calmed him down. Then, with no thought of mercy whatsoever, Cassius cut off his brother's hands so he could no longer
play the violin. Without a glance back, he fled to Shita and has been with them ever since, even when they switched dimensions.

Name: Fastosus
Powerbase: Pride
Transformation: To transform, Cassius stands with his hands on his hips, his chest jutting out, and he roars (just a small
roar). Suddenly, it seems like his hair is shining with golden light, and he shakes his head. Golden light sprinkles down from his
hair, creating his uniform. During this whole time there are roars in the background, and it sounds like a whole pride of lions are
somewhere nearby.
Uniform: Like just about everything else Cassius has a part in, his uniform is flashy. On his feet he wears knee-high brown
leather boots into which his skin-tight gold pants are tucked. His shirt is actually a coat of sorts, only there are no exposed
buttons on the front or the back. The coat is dark red with a high collar and a v-shaped waistline. It has poofy sleeves at the
shoulder, and they thing to fit around his forearm and wrists, and they end in a V-shape on his hand. He wears a gold sash from his
right shoulder to his waist on the left side. On his shoulders are gold decorations; they are brush-shaped and
look like those things
Napoleon's generals wore. He wears an extremely wide-brimmed dark red hat with a high crown and one long, gold feather protruding
from it.
Weapon: None
Attacks: Pride goeth before the Fall (offensive) - When Fastosus calls this attack, all you ever hear are the words
"pride" and "fall". At the first word, he holds both his hands out, palms up. From out of nowhere come a pride of golden lions (they
are only illusions, of course). They gather around his feet, and on the word "Fall" he claps his hands. The lions go charging out
and attack anyone in the immediate area. Basically, all they do is knock down the opponent and give them a small shock, but it's
still a nasty surprise. It's not a very strong attack, but he could only do it about twice in a battle because of the amazing amount
of concentration to bend the lions to do what he wants. If he didn't concentrate, the lions would attack everyone, and he doesn't
really want to hurt his teammates, most of the time. They can attack several opponents at once.
No Name (defensive) - it can protect himself and one other. All Fastosus has to do is throw out his chest and roar, once. Suddenly,
he glows dark red, and there is a distinct golden glow around his hair. This glow is caused by all the pride and self-worth Fastosus
feels. There are several things which can cause it to fail entirely. These are: if someone manages to make him feel worthless, or
until he himself is tired of thinking about how great he is. Also, this only lasts for about two magical attacks; after, that, it
will disappear. Physical attacks would have a hard time getting through, but after about the third time, it would come through.
Fastosus can only use this attack once during a whole battle, because it can be pretty draining.
