Appearance: Copper skin, golden-blond hair and green eyes make Raza a very attractive, if not recognizable, Elf. She is slender but well toned. Raza has an air of confidence about her, but despite her somewhat aloof appearance, the woman still seems approachable, if not cautiously. She wears fine clothing, provocative yet classy and her sense of style betrays her noble birth.



Personality: While by no means a brat, it’s quite obvious that Raza is used to getting her way. When things don’t, however, she will pout and complain but find a way to make it happen. She can be spiteful at times, but she is very loyal to her friends and is often full of insight of course it’s often mixed with harsh words. Raza really means well, but as the
heiress to a rather large fortune, she has the tendency to put herself on a pedestal. She recognizes her flaws, however and that is one of the reasons she�s chosen to adventure. What better way to relate to the peasants than to work with them?



Background:



Hmm, where to begin? I guess I should start at the beginning. My name is Raza Miendra Gistra Lial. Yes, I’m the eldest of three children and also the primary heiress to the Lial Armor line. My two brothers are inconsequential to this story. Anywho, unlike most Elves who make their mark on the Palistra Farratus, I�m a 5th generation mage from the Palistra Magus. Of course, even if both my parents weren’t
alumni themselves I think I’d still be there.



See, I have a very special connection to magic. I have this strange ability to sense danger before it happens, I can feel things that are normally hidden to the naked eye and I can even sense how people feel at times. Combined with my noble upbringing and you can see why I�m so successful, right? Of course you can.



My instructors at the Palistra thought I should hone my natural abilities as either a Sage like my father or a Time Mage but my heart wasn�t in it. Even as a child I could hear the voice of the Celestai. My mother is a White Caller and while I originally planned on following that path as well, so I
decided to go for it.



My father trained me in the art of the bow. He says it’s a noble weapon and I agree, mostly. In fact, I learned a lot from my father. He taught me the art of business; how to buy cheap and sell dear. Even while I was in the Palistra, I helped my father on occasion. I used my artwork to inspire his armors and soon I had an internship. When I was finally ready to assume the mantle of a Black Caller, I was outfitted with his equipment and some special arrows.



The Celestai Shiva challenged me, and I must say, the Ice Queen is tough. But I managed to defeat her and she became my first Call. After that, there was no reason to stay at the
Palistra. I know there were mixed emotions when I left. Many of the students were glad to see me go, since my brilliance made them seem dull. I know I frustrated a lot of teachers, mostly because despite my potential I was lazy and liked to draw pretty pictures on my school robes. Either way, I left and joined my father’s company.



Daddy, being a man of “principle” decided I should start from the bottom and work my way up. So that’s exactly what I did, even though I think he was still sore about me not being a Sage. I even had the opportunity to attend his many formal occasions. Exciting. After a while I began sneaking out of the events. That’s when I met a peasant named Estrain, who, oddly enough was trying to sneak in. We seemed to always run into each other so we eventually created a kind of alliance.




When I was finally promoted to a key position in Lial Armor and Accessories, I suggested a provocative yet potentially prosperous idea; why not make adventuring sexy and cool? My father loved it and I again became his favorite daughter, which is sad because I’m his only daughter. He gave me the chance to travel Terranotos and even enter the Depths to model clothing. The only condition was I had to be accompanied by two others.



Daddy chose one guy, an Okami named Kul’Vier who I didn�t really know. But he did have the �Bad boy� look our campaign needed so I accepted him. My choice was naturally Estrain, who had recently joined the company as a model. He had
the right build and look, plus I knew I could trust him. Kul’Vier would be our Depths expert, Estrain our shadowy member and I would handle PR. With our roles explained and my father’s blessings, we set off.
