Theology and Daemonology
a Magickal Model of the Universe
Within my universe there are three basic "entities", if you would.
First, there is the One. It is comprised of both the Chaotic
Universe and the Ordered Universe. Like a person composed of cells,
it has sentience above and beyond that of the individual parts within
it, and it's main goal is to keep itself "well" by maintaining the
elemental balance within the chaotic and ordered universes, and
inbetween the two.
The next are the elementals. These are entities that are created of
one and only one pure element. They are not ordered, as they are
only one thing and to order one thing seems impossible to me. But
also they are not chaotic, as to be chaotic, again more than one
thing would need to be present. So they sit at the points of the
septagram, part of neither universe, but with the ability to see and
affect things within each.
The last entity are what I refer to as the Divine or Divinities.
Divinities are pure reflections of the One, in that they have
achieved pure elemental balance within themselves. Many call these
Gods, Names of Gods, Deity, what have you. Many have recognizable
names, Jesus, Isis, Odin, etc, but many are things that have achieved
this balance and are far less known. I have worked with and dealt
with both kinds. Divinities, as reflections of the One, have the
understanding of the balance necessary to create change within the
universe as well as within themselves. This is why they are divine.
They can do ANYTHING with this knowledge.
