The Clerics of Waylumi follow the Path of the Light. They are the ones who believe in light and things that represent good and wholesome ideals. Although they shun the darkness, they accept it as the opposite of their beliefs. Following this religion and this guild means a commitment to the Light and the Path of Good.

Elena was accepted as a follower of the faith by manner of a small ceremony, involving herself, the High Priestess Eden and the Cleric of Healing, Rasha. An account of it may be found below.

Rasha says to Elena, "Greetings tae ya, Elena"

Eden says, "Hello Elena"

Elena smiles warmly

Ligayu leaves south.

Rasha asks to Elena, "Ya know the High Priestess?"

Eden says, "Come kneel beside the Altar, Elena."

Elena obediently wanders over to the alter and kneels reverently.

Rasha smiles gently

Eden says, "Rasha, stand behind Elena and I'll stand in front."

Rasha moves to stand beside Elena, placing a gentle hand on Elena's shoulder.

Eden moves to stand in front of Elena. She places her hands over Elena's head and motions for Rasha to do the same.

Rasha lifts her hand and places it on Eden's.

The Temple of Waylumi is the Temple of Light. The floor and walls are pure marble, gleaming white from the magical spheres that float in the corners. Several chandeliers hang throughout the main room with each hanging crystal sparkling in the light. Although the temple is quiet it vibrates with the pulsating light emitting from within the Altar. Clerics garbed in rich, yet simple robes, are busy with their daily duties.

Eden says, "Gracious Waylumi. Today Elena comes seeking the path of the light. We ask that you shine a light down upon, bless her days with your love. Guide her through all the trials and tribulations she will face. Bring to her peace and calmness when times become troubled. Warm her with your light." Eden prays softly and lightens the area.

Eden says, "Elena, though not a cleric, promises to share your light with others so they may seek the same."

Rasha smiles gently.

Eden smiles

Eden asks, "Rasha, have you a prayer to add?"

Rasha nods at Eden

Rasha says, "Radiant Waylumi, grant Elena the patience tae offer kindness when tempests blow, the thoughfulness tae offer aid when winds blow cold, the strength tae stand firm when the path is hard, and the love tae trust her heart and trust in ya always."

Eden raises her hands and places them over Elena's head. Eden's hands begin to glow and as she draws them back a bright halo glows over Elena's head!

Eden smiles softly

Elena blinks and smiles warmly

Rasha hugs Elena

Eden says, "Waylumi will light your path, warm your heart and be the calm in your life"

Rasha says to Elena, "Waylumi bless ya always."

Elena rises to her feet, bowing her head to the altar
