Kasper is Jasper's twin brother. Like his brother, he is a cheerful person who loves a good joke. However, he is more down-to-earth than Jasper. As the more practical (or maybe just less impetuous) of the two, he often serves as the one to either make the plans or get them out of trouble when Jasper makes the plans.
