As you all now we used to have a different promotion system.But we came to the conclusion that its really hard to collect all those screenshots and save them and send them and all.Also the old system is not really fair because the more screenshots you got the more points you got(which means who ever has more time to play promoted faster)So the new system will be based on election system.
We will have monthly elections every 29 th and 30 th of everymonth.Every clan member has 1 vote ,every officer (captain and higher)has 2 votes and the clan leader will have 3 votes.For a member to be promoted he has to get 60% yes vote out of the actual clan members count (Lets say if we have 20 clan members, 60 percent of 20 is 12 votes,if you got 12 yes votes at the end of the month you will be promoted right away.If not you wont be promoted sorry)So you better have good relationships with clan members and have a good player image by playing good and behaving good. |

Each member can vote only for once.Before you can vote you have to login to your account at our clan vote forum so we can make sure nobody votes twice.When you login the vote forum first select the members forum that you wanna vote then post YES or NO ..You wont be able to wiev any votes (this is to keep the votes secret so nobody would be mad to one another,and everybody can vote freely.NOTE:You have to be registered and loggd on to be able to vote!!! |
