| The First Date Ok now let's face it dating can be a pain in the ass and I have tell you some of you guys make terrible mistakes on the first date. Now I'll admit us gals have our dating "flaws" as well however, this page is written to give you guys the lowdown on women when it comes to the first date. |
| O.K. now let's start from the beginning of the date and work our way through it shall we. Now picture it your thinking to yourself great I'm taking out this chick (whom you may or may not dig depending on how you got hooked up in the first place) but let's assume your hot for her and you want to make a good impression. 1.The Look Well, first of unless your going to an 80's Michael Jackson concert torn jeans and ragged never been ironed T-shirt isn't going to make a good impression on her. Neither is the morbid goth look or the dress shirt buttoned down to your navel look. And while your at it never put your smokes in the front pocket of your shirt or roll them up into the sleeve of your T . It doesn't impress anyone especially a non-smoker. 2. Smokers and Non Smokers If you are a smoker and she is a non smoker then try to lay off on the puffin' around her. I'm not saying don't smoke at all but just think about an annoying habit that someone has that pisses you off and then think about having to spend a whole evening enduring that. In other words smoke in moderation and with consideration. And no darlings making smoke rings do not impress non smokers. 3. Where to Go My best advice here is to let her choose... Now I know what your thinking why the hell should I let her choose well If you want to impress her do something that she likes. If you know she hates hockey then trust me just because she goes with you to a game doesn't mean she'll ever grow to like it or that she'll have a good time. If you insists on letting you choose then either suprise her with something you'll know she'll love or throw out a few options and judge from her reaction. 4. Gifts? If you really want to impress her get her flowers even if you picked then from the neighbour lawn on the way there. You may think that something like that is overlooked or considered a way of trying to "buy" her. It's not it just means to the woman that you thought enough to take the time to buy her flowers. Steer clear of choclates unless you know for a fact she loves it because well let's face it women are always on diets. 5. Conversation Here's a tip women like to talk about themselves, especially if they are nervous or if there is a silence in the conversation the will fill it with whatever idiotic thing that comes to thier mind to try to jump start the conversation. So if your normally a listener try to maintain a steady stream of conversation so she doesn't feel the need to say whatever comes to mind and end up sounding like a self involved chick when she was just trying to entertain you. On the other hand if you dominate the conversation then she's going to think your an arrogant asshole. 6. Past Relationships Never talk about past relationships on a first date... You don't want to know about her past loves and boyfriends and even though she may say she's interested honestly she'll just end up thinking that you've still got a thing for the ones you talk nicely about and the ones you trash are going to make her think to herself "what's he going to say about me when we break up?" 7. Other Chicks Never say another chicks hot on any date we'll start comparing ourselves to them. 8. Who pays? You do...... I'll be downright honest with you there only 5% of the women you go on a first date really mean "do you want to split the bill?" (and trust me your not on a date with the exception) they only offer so they won't sound like a gold digger. But frankely your expected to pay regardless of who asks because this is how women think of it. They consider the money they invested on clothes, makeup, time to get ready, fact they are missing friends to go out with you. So honestly if you don't pay you'll be considered a cheap prick to all her friends because as soon as the date ends she'll be on the phone to every chick she knows. guarenteed. 9. Are you going to get lucky? Words of wisdom leave it as a good night kiss, regardless of what happens on the date. Here's the reason. First off it makes you more desirable. Second she will be thinking your a sweetheart for taking it slow. And lastely if she'll screw you on the first date then trust me you're not the first she's taken home on the first date and not the last. (again you're not dating that 5%) 10. Calling her If you say you'll call don't be an ass call. If you don't think you'll want to see her again simply stae you had a great time thanks for a great evening. Don't say anything that she can draw conclusions from. 11. Follow Up If you decide that you like her and want to continue seeing her drop the games. It won't go over well unlike men if a woman has to chase too hard as soon as another guy comes around she'll say to hell with you buddy and it'll be game over. Any self respecting woman expects the man to chase her not the other way around. |
