Roleplayer. I'm just some guy who browses the internet and has weird interests. I'll admit that I enjoy Vampire movies, TV shows, and the occassional comic, but I am in no way infatuated with this weird stuff. That being said, I would like you to know Sam (and Elizabeth) , that I find your vampire stories very interesting. I would appreciate it if you would update your stories section once in a while. It's been exactly the same for a a while now and I wouldn't mind seeing some new material up there. That being said, for you goths, roleplayers and "real-vampires" all I have to say is wow. The fact that you guys peruse sites like this proves that you're not real vampires. I'm sorry, but if I were alive for hundreds (or thousands) of years, I really doubt that I would spend my time leaving obnoxious guestbook entries on Vampire Hunter sites. Wouldn't the undead have better things to do with their time? Securing prey perhaps? Feasting on the flesh of the weak? It seems slightly ridiculous to me that an age old vampire would A)know how to use a computer B)Know how to use one well enough to leave guestbook messages. My grandparents would have been lost if they tried to use Windows, so I can only imagine how perplexing it must be for someone who is hundreds of years old. Also, how did you buy said computers? Or do vampires prefer Internet Cafe's? Another thing, what's with the bad Lovecraftian accents? It even comes out in your writing. What's the deal? Southerners don't write with a southern drawl, so I doubt that someone with a bad, psuedo-European accent would actually write that way. Jesus people, grow up. I realize that I'm going to receive numerous death threats and emails because of this, but whatever. I'm honestly not sure where I stand on the whole vampire issue, and most "real vampire hunter sites" have done little to convince me that it's all real. I'm not dumb enough to discount the seemingly impossible, but I'm smart enough to recognize delusions, and you my friends are delusional. By this point most of you are sending me curious emails explaining how you, the kindred want to kill me, find me, or any other combination of annoying threats. Please save them as I don't really check this email address anyway,so I doubt I'll be receiving any of them. As a final note on the whole vampire thing, maybe there are vampires. Maybe there are ancient evils which walk the night and feed on humans. Personally, I hope I never find out the truth on that one because chances are it would involve me getting chewed on by one of those things, and that just doesn't sound appealling. If Vampires are real then Sam, keep up the good work. If they're not then your site has been an interesting distraction. Either way though, I wouldn't mind reading more of those stories, Sam.

I think I'm supposed to condemn you, but I can't see what the damned fuss is about. You don't have a problem with us "nutters" who think we're vampires, you hunt the mythical kind. You make the distinction between them and real people very clear, and personally I see the site as a bit of fun... can't see what Bob's so uptight about. Hmmmm....corvus,If you are the corvus I recall then I have seen you around the net before. I have fun with the site so I hope other people do too.I don't know why vampires come to my site and have to automatically think they are supposed to hate me. My site is a bit in your face and kinda aggressive yes but I mean come on I am not saying I run around lopping off heads of everyone who listens to marylin manson and wear black and put on make up (now if they listened to the real music of evil like Anne Murray...well then I might considerit J/K). For some reason we're supposed to hate slayers. Personally I don't buy that. Most slayers hunt the mythical vampires. Where-by I can't see a problem. I like the way the vampires then go around telling the slayers they are whacked in the head for believing in mythical vampires... um.. this coming from those who think they ARE vampires ... hehe seems kind of stupid doesn't it ? � �j � Sam I have read all that you have posted up till now (and I realise that I may be a little behind in my reading but) from what I have read you sound quite hypocritical at times and it is like you don't know what you are so you have decided to call yourself a hunter. In what you are claiming you are pretty much describing the way alot of us on blackrose think and feel. I am talking about they fact that for most of us our only intolerance is for people who are malicious toward and intolerant of others for no reason or for petty reasons. You say that you would get as much on the case of a bad hunter and you would a bad vampyre and I would say that I am the same way. You say that you don't have a problem with the people on this list and that is probably because for alot of us we are the real deal and not some vampyre wannabe who is rebelling against whatever. They are the ones that you should be going after if anyone in my opinion. Then again one always faces moral issues when going out on the attack. Any hunter that claims to have the desire to kill a vampyre is just as much a problem to society and a vampyre that has the desire to kill a hunter or anyone else for that matter. If I can give you a piece of advice. Why don't you just drop the hunter title and stop pretending. You don't seem to be any more pissed off at bad vampyres as you are at bad hunters. I get just as pissed off at bad vampyres as you do I suspect but i am not going to kill or even harm one unless I am protecting myself or those I care about and even then I am only going to do enough to make sure they are safe. Hi Stephanie,No I don't have any problems with my id stuff. There are MANY different types of vampires.I have tried over and over to explain to people that my list is a compilation of every possible vampire trait I can find historically,fictionally,and in real life.I am always trying to add to my list though so your info is welcomed. It would be impossible for anyone to have all ofthose traits :-). Elizabeth and I have spent years now researching vampires demons weres ghosts and so on. Hunting does not necessarily mean killing. I know most werewolves and vampires are nice people (or at least not any worse than the general population) but some have problems dealing with themselves or loose their humanityor control to their situation.Some of course like as in any group are just plain bad or evil.Please lets not have the philosophical discussion of evil. For the record I do not believe anything to be pure evil.Still some acts are unredeemable. Like hurting a child ,raping or killing inocent people.Those thing should be stopped and where the authorities cannot follow I am there because I care about people .Stoping the bad person or creature doesn't always mean killing sometimes just a warning will do (or a good ass kicking) I don't like seeing senceless killing.When a life is in danger I am however willing to do whatever is necessary to stop the bad person/creature I also have some harsh words for anyone who would kill even vampires and werewolves just because of what they are. Well I guess that is it.I would also like to get the word out that all hunters/slayers and seekers aren't what vampires seem to think. I like the idea that someone wants to stand up for herself but if you really were a Vampire/Upir hunter, dont you think you would be dead by now. Vampires are beyond the most strong and yet agile creatures to walk the earth, do you really think ONE MORTAL GIRL would be able to stand up to them?

Just curious, but do you just make random assumptions about creatures and cultures you obvioulsy know nothing about?! How would genius make sence? I make it quite clear that goths vampires and role players are completely different things if you would have bothered to go look at the gothand role player section.
Sam and I never make random assumptions .All our informations comes from hard work and study.Field research as well and textual research. Also the vampires that have been killed were not your nice averegae person who just wears black a lot and has a hankering for blood.
They were killers. I don't believe in pure evil so just saying theywere evil doesn't cut it. The were killers and killing them was the only way to stop them. If it is possible to bring them to justice through the police we do so,but in some cases that is not an option. I have personally looked into the role playing and goth scene and Sam has seen more of vampire scenes(not the kind of vampires we killed)
We do have our information straight and if you take offence at the list of vampire traits I hope you also read that they are a compilation of vampiric traits from history,folklore,mythology,fiction and real life. They are by no means finished either ,that is just the begining of the list

There are such things as bad vampires and demons.There are re animated dead as well .Most people don't believe in that so when I say I hunt they think I am gonna go after them.For most things a warning will do the last vamps I actually killed were uhhhhh april I believe and since it happpened that he was trying to kill me at the time (threw me down the stairs and all) I am not crying about it. I also hunt ghosts and demons and weres occaisionally.Never killed a were but I have had to ask them to relocate to someplace less humanly populated as they were loosing control. I would prefer not to kill anyone and I would say 90% of hunting is research before you eventhink of confrontation. :hi,You seem to be under the impression that I would kill something just because it was a vampire or demon or something. If this was a good person who had a problem I would help them or find them someone who could.
I have met a couple of werecreatures who were harming people.They were loosing control of themselves I asked them to leave the area and get some help.They both agreed.I didn't have to harm them or anything.I am also helping someone else with a demon possesion who is causing harm to those he loves but cannot help it.
We are working to find a way to get him back in control of his life. (don't start a philosiphical debate on control please) I don't like killing anything.I once raised 2 baby bunnies who were injured only a week old maybe.They died after 2 weeks and I blamed myself for a month and cried a lot
.I still feel guilty and miss them.I am not into killing things. I don't kill something because I am afraid of it. I am afraid of people getting hurt or killed because I messed up or did nothing. I give whatever I can.I try not to complain too much. These aren't my rules for hunting this is the way Ichoose to live my life. If I fail in this stuff or ignore someone in pain,maybe I feel I am too busy.Or feel it is none of my business then I hate myself for it. That is the only time I would be ashamed of myself. ohhh geee vampire person...i am soooooooooooo scared...hahahahahahahahahahahahaaaaa u people can be sooooo funny. I never said a vampire had to meet all those criteria as in list of how to detect a vampire... and for the record elizabeth and I have done more research on vampires than most of the people who claim to be vampires. Yes there are vampires who take energy yes some drink blood some even feed off of sexual "juices" or even shit. yes a certain type of vampire eats dung. And they sometimes just sort of steal life from animals people or even places. Some look like people some look like animals some don't even have physical bodies. some are dead or undead...some are alive. vampires are the oldest of myths and superstitions with countless variations.Do you know them all?How much research have YOU done? why not start with a few of the books in my references maybe you might learn something. AND PLEASE PEOPLE STOP CONFUSING blood drinking WITH vampirism.
