How big is Trinity Farm?
In our small, private setting, we have found countless advantages to breeding horses on such a small scale - advantages that benefit buyers, the representation of the breed, and the horses themselves. We focus on quality, not quantity.
With regards to training and instruction, we are limited to accepting only a select few horses for full training. Eliza does, however, train and instruct on a freelance basis locally for several well-appointed farms with different ranges of facilities and amenities. Ship-in lessons are easily arranged at our farm, as we have a standard sized sand dressage ring, longeing ring, and visitor-friendly grooming and wash crosstie areas. Miles of local trails compliment lesson plans and allow visitors to visit in a casual, quiet and relaxed setting. Whether you wish to come for a lesson, or get your young horse ‘off property’ in a controlled, quiet environtment, we are happy to help you accomplish your goals.
How mportant is competition to Trinity Farm?
Showing is an important part of our focus at Trinity. The Bankses believe in the importance of producing and breeding horses that belong in the show ring equally as well as the breeding shed; they must be as useful under saddle in the ring as beautiful under the halter spotlight. Our goal is to produce beautiful, useful and well-purposed horses that can be placed in homes as opposed to becoming a burden on the market and the reputation of the breed. This form-to-function ideal plays an important role in the selection of the mares used by Stephen and Eliza for breeding, and punctuates their strong recommondation of Jeremiah as a sire.
Is Jeremiah a color sire?
Stephen and Eliza frequently skip past Jeremiah's color . . . While it isn't always intentional, they know and understand Jeremiah to be of the highest quality as a horse and an Arabian Stallion. Jeremiah's black color is a rarity . . . and while they find it novel and exciting, color breeding is not their focus. As far as they're concerned, Jeremiah is a great horse that just happens to be BLACK.
As a result, breedings are selective and carefully thought out - on the basis of conformation, disposition, athletic ability and finally, possibly color.
How does Trinity Farm support and encourage Mare Owners?
All foals sired by DBA Jeremiah are eligible for support in sales and marketing through Trinity Farm, and owners are encouraged to share in Trinity's advertising opportunities!
Stephen and Eliza are proud to be members of the Arabian Horse Community and hope to improve and support the value and marketability of the Arabian horse - and vow to lead by example!
