Update:
I bugged everyone I could.. non stop until I had a response. (I opened up a Better Business Case, emailed and wrote Westgate directly, as well as the local Florida Business Bureau)
They did not contact me via phone - they just sent my canceled contract, and a letter stating that if I kept the entry package they would keep my $250. I paid upfront.
It paid off to nag others....
In my defense I had the email I sent them to cancel the night off..... (so within the 10day cancellation time) and it was in writing.... something I could prove.
All Westgate problem reports are submitted via email by the actual person who participated in the timeshare incident. Submissions are not edited in any fashion. Names are not shown for privacy reasons.
