Westgate Timeshare Resort Issues

I am having a horrible experience with Westgate and now am in a terrible situation. My husband and I toured the resort for the "90" minute tour. We were pressured in to buy and lied to, but didn't realize it until after. We were the ultimate suckers! We bought.
We paid a partial down payment, and we were to send the rest of the down payment in when we got home. I sent it to the address they gave us, sent it certified, (to the Turkey Lake Road). They refused it! I had to call and find out the right address, which was just another Westgate address. They received it a few days late from the date agreed upon, but I sent them a copy of the certified receipt which shows the refusal. When they received the rest of the down payment, unbeknown to me, they took the first payment out of the down payment(my first payment was not due for 12 days). I telephoned to change the way that my payment was being made, instead of debit card, I would mail a check. The CSR told me that my payment was all set and was not due until next month. I still had no idea that they had taken my first payment out of the down payment. This went on, until I received a late notice for the payment, I called and they still could not tell me they took the first payment out of the down payment. I began to receive notices about problems with the down payment.
Every time I called the resort and spoke to an account representative, I was told something different. I documented everything, too. Finally, I filed a complaint with Department of Business and Professional Regulations (State Agency) in Florida. The investigator was even confused. It took an audit on my account from him and a supervisor at CFI in Ocoee and finally he saw how they took the monies from the down payment. Unfortunately for me, he could not find sufficient evidence to discipline the resort. There were several employee errors.....the investigator did tell me however that all documentation he compiled would be made available should I decide to pursue and outside legal complaint.
Now they are getting ready to issue a judgement against us, as it is hard to catch up with payments. The State Investigator told me "hold off on making any payments until I am through with the investigation..." Where does that leave me????? SCREWED!!!!!
