Westgate Timeshare Resort Issues

I bought a time share at Westgate in Park City. I can't say that my experience with the sales group was a bad one. However, after paying the monthly "mortgage" and the yearly maintenance fees I now realize that it was a very bad investment. I have a summer week at a ski resort so the time share itself is not marketable for resale at all.
I read a post from one of the people on your site which stated that they were able to negotiate just "giving back" the timeshare and eating their losses... as well as paying additional administration and attorney fees. I am very interested in doing that but I do not know who to contact. In all of your experience with Westgate/CFI I was hoping you could give me some contact information that may help me with my efforts? Thanks in advance for your help!

I'd talk to a lawyer and have the lawyer talk to them. That's your best bet.
All Westgate problem reports are submitted via email by the actual
person who participated in the timeshare incident. Submissions are not
edited in any fashion. Names are not shown for privacy reasons.
