VAM They Kept Screwing Up Payments
Westgate Timeshare Resort Issues



Date of Incident: 8/11/2003

WE HAVE 2 WEEKS - ONE PAYMENT WOULD BE POSTED ONE TIME THE OTHER WOULD BE POSTED FEW DAYS LATER MAKING ONE PYMT ALWAYS LATE - OR POST 2 PAYMENTS UNDER ONE ACCOUNT AND CALL THEY OTHER ONE WASN'T RECEIVED. SENT PAYMENTS IN EARLY - PAYMENTS POSTED AS ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS SO WHERE IS THE PAYMENT FOR THAT MONTH - THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER A YEAR. EVERY MONTH WE WOULD GET HARASSING CALLS FOR PAYMENT - EVEN HANDED PAYMENT TO EMPLOYEE WORKING IN OFFICE AND PAYMENT WAS LOST -
