Prince of a very powerfull but vanished race, he goes to the Earth with Nappa searching for the
Dragonballs, so he could wish for immortality; but he wasn't expecting to face such a powerfull Goku, and he looses
the battle and ends up very hurt. He goes back to Freeza's planet #79 to heal his wounds, when he finally recovers, he is informed
that Freeza had gone to planet Namek searching for the Dragonballs, so he decides to go after him, not wanting Freeza to obatin immortality
Vegeta being very powerfull and the son of a King, was very stubborn, selfish, proud and strong, and because he was
strong, Freeza had allowed him to live when he had destroyed planet Vegita.
Once in Namek he fights algon with Gohan and Krillin against Freeza, but he fails, and is later killed by
Freeza.
When Dende wishes for all the people that have been killed by Freeza to come back to life, he lives once again,
and he is then transported to Earth, with the rest of the people that was in planet Namek at that time, except for Goku and Freeza.
He stays at Capsule Corp. and he asks Dr. Briefs to construct his a gravity chamber, so he could train and trun SSJ before the Androids arrived.
He and Bulma have a child which they name Trunks.
He fights the Androids once, but he is badly beaten by Juunanana-go.
Vegeta also trains in the Room of Spirit and Time along with his future son. when he faces Cell he doesn't kill him right away,
which gave Cell the opportunity to get his perfect state.
When Babidi comes to Earth, he is possesed and turns into Majin Vegeta, he fights against Goku, but later on he regains control of his mind and
blows himself up in order to end with Buu, which fails.
Later in the same saga, he distracts Majin Buu while Goku is getting ready a Spirit Bomb.
He and Bulma later have a daughter which they name Bra.
Vegeta fights against Bebi and he also gets possesed by him.
He turns SSJ4 with the Brute Ray that Bulma creates.
He also fights against Android-17 and the Evil Shenlong.
