Dear Respondent, We are developing a project, Electronic Home, for a start-up company launching itself into the consumer electronics market and targeting mainly hi-tech homes. Till date, we are successful in driving our project with the data we have about the company. But we feel that the next phase of our project requires additional information.    - Owner - Mr. Johnson

4) How many checkout terminals are expected?
   - Two

5) How many desktops decision support systems are expected?
   - Systems? Unknown, want advice from consultants

6) What is the organization structure?
   - Two owners, one accountant, three sales staff, five technicians (each with different specialties)

7) How is the Control System implemented?
   - What Control System?

8) Which departmental entities are directly responsible for modifying inventory data?
   - Accountant when shipping notices received, Technicians when inventory removed from inventory for installation, Sales staff when inventory sold and carried from store.

9) Which departmental entities will have 'Read Only' permission on inventory database
   - ? ??

10) What are the projected sales for the first year of operation?
   - Hopefully $1,000,000 sales

11) Will this business be expanded to electronic commerce?
   - In three year plan.

12) What are the warehouse facilities?
   - Dallas, at rear of sales office. May need to expand as business grows.
