This page contains some of my works in
VRML. From the day when I started my first programming class, that was in 1991,
I decided that I will persue my career in Computers. When I wrote my first code
for computer graphics using GW Basic I was fascinated by the way I could manipulate
geometical shapes to build real-world objects. In those days graphic cards and
processors were not powerful enough to produce complex animation. But I did
my animations and game programing on Herculus Monocrome Card and CGI. I continued
to increase my knowledge on Computer Graphics and I changed the programming
language from GW Basic to Borland-C in 1993. From that time I have been using
C/C++ for animations. As the quality of graphics cards and microproessor speed
improved, my interest shifted from 2D animation to 3D animations. That was when
I studied OPEN GL. I knew that there were software like 3D MAX studio to build
complicated 3D graphics but those programs were too expensive for a student
like me. So I was very happy to know that VRML can comparatively create 3D scenes
efficiently. Moreover VRML Scripts can create Dynamic World and it is FREE.
This page is developed in VRML V2.0 and
is best viewed in CosmoPlayer or Blaxxun Contact. Other VRML viewers might not render some scenes properly.
