You can only request no more than 3 tapes at a time. Please refer to the price chart below. We're very sorry, but at the moment we don't fill SASE requests.

Alternative tapes are optional in case something happen to our master and we're unable to finish your request; in such a case,  we will send you the alt title. We usually let you know by email that you're getting the alt title. Please e-mail us what titles are you ordering!

We want you to email us to tell us what is coming so that we can prepare your tapes in advance.

Make a  money order in the amount that you have ordered out to: Eluides Pagan. We DO NOT accept personal checks.

Donations are appreciated but not required. It is used for buying new anime tapes and upgrading my equipment.

Payment via PayPal is now accepted as well.  If you already have a PayPal account, just use the following email address for sending money and be sure to state what tapes you wish to receive:  Eluides@cs.com

If you do not have a PayPal account, you can sign up by following the link provided.  It is free.  Many clubs on the anime turnpike (www.anipke.com) use PayPal.

Enclose the payment, a copy of the request form, and a self adhesive label with your address printed legibly on it (any sticker with your address written or typed on it will do...we'll use it to mail your package). You can get free priority mail labels from the US Post Office. If you cannot get a label, don't worry too much about it, I usually have some lying around here.

Wait for your tapes. Please do not e-mail us asking "Where's my tape?" or "Did you receive my letter?" unless you have waited for 2 full weeks after you send the letter.

Tape Problems:
We will replace any tape problems if it's our fault. Tape problems means tape with audio or video problem.
Once you receive our tapes and found out that there's a tape problem, please let us know immediately. This is to insure that no other tapes are affected.
We will give you a go ahead to return the tape to us and we will send you a brand new copy. We will make sure that there's nothing wrong with the new tape.
Why do you need to send the problem tape to us? This is because so that we can verify the problem and find out what caused it.
We do NOT replace any tapes damaged/lost through the mail.
We encourage you to complain to us so that we can fix the problem and give you a better service and tape quality.
Tips: Before letting us know of the tape problem, try the tape in another VCR, sometimes it's your VCR that's the problem. If it still has the same problem, then e-mail us to let us know about the tape problem.

Turn-Around Time:
The estimated turn-around time is 7-10 days. It all depends on how busy we are. Turn around time for us means: the time it took us to finish recording and sending it to you, don't count the time from when you're sending the letter and the time for the tapes to arrive. Price Chart:

The price pays for the tape, US mail priority mail postage, bubbled envelope or peanuts for protection, boxes and a bit leftover for us to get better equipment and more anime. Donations are certainly appreciated but definitely not expected.  Note that we don't make much profit from this; all of the profit goes to upgrading current titles, getting more new titles, sponsoring and cleaning VCRs (usually about once a month).
