2. Keep diary of daily activities, thoughts, daytime fantasies and nightime dreams
3. Diversify social life - group-> active(hockey) & passive(choir)
- individual ->active(jogging) & ppassive(reading story books)
4.Increase sensory simulations - listening to music, admire art
5.Have a sense of humour- taking oneself seriously leads friendless state, stress and premature death
6. Diet to reduce damage done by free radicals by eating more vegetables and less calories
7. Get connected to reduce loneliness. Join internet games with people all across the world
8. Take short naps during the day; it improves energy, alertness and mood
