Short Bio
Arwen was born the daughter of Elrond and Celebrian (daughter of Galadriel, the Lady of the Golden Wood). For 3000 years she lived in peace and solace in Rivendell and Lothlorien, until one day she came upon Aragorn. Aragorn had been raised by the Elves, and when he saw Arwen, he immediately fell in love with her. She did not return his affection, though. Many years passed, and one day Aragorn came back again, and this time Arwen fell in love with him (Aragorn was 20 years of age). On Cerin Amroth they confessed their love for each other and Arwen knew her fate. When the ring had been destroyed and Aragorn was made the King of Gondor, Arwen wedded him on Midsummer's day, and became the queen of Gondor. When her father left from Eldoras to Valinor, Arwen's heart broke, because she had given her immortality away just to live with Aragorn, and would never see her family again. She lived happily with Aragorn until his death, and then journeyed to the faded lands of Lorien and passed away there.
