INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY?. OR GUILTY UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT?


If you ask me how many people fall into the IRS trap, I can tell you, too many. Unfortunately THE SYSTEM begins and stops with the IRS. This is the problem that so many experienced one way or another. So what that Constitution says: innocent until Proven Guilty. IRS has its own Constitutional Right that says: guilty till Proven Innocent. Guilty till Proven Innocent is exactly the problem I am talking about. Should you wonder what most problems are coming from, I have the answer for you. About fifty percent (50%) of all problems are created equally by illegal aliens and the other fifty by the IRS System. Once you have felted into the victim’s category, you are victimized twice. Often you are the victim of the IRS and illegal aliens swindle. If you wonder what is wrong with the system, here is your answer: IRS IS THE SYSTEM. So, remember, if it’s comes to the IRS, we are guilty first before we can become innocent. You knowyou have to PAY first (no matter what), before you can go to Court and file for REFUND. When illegal aliens use your social security number, the illegal income automatically works against you. It works well, and is reported everywhere. Internal Revenue Code treats unreported income as a serious fraud against the government interest. When reported under innocent taxpayer's name, will cause problems that lead to wage garnishment, federal lien, and in the worse case scenario, can lead to imprisonment. Sometimes, it is possible to stop things before they strike, but not always. Sadly, there are many victims like this. Unless, the illegal alien strikes in another state, but most of the time this is not the case, a crime is hard to detect by the IRS. Likely, you the guilty not innocence and will lend up with the burden of proving your crimelessness. If the crime strikes close to you and your home, it is difficult to prove that it was not you, who made the extra bucks. Consequently, your innocence is put to a test with the IRS collection division. The rest you know; they will levy your wages, your bank account, and if the amount owed is more than $500.00, you more than likely to have a Federal Tax Lien filled on your property. By the time, you can explain yourselves and you will find a body willing to listen to you, and the truth, and most of all, a body knowledgeable enough to take the right action, you have lost the work of your life, your savings, your home, and about to LOOSE YOUR LIFE. Best of all, the IRS don't even care about all this illegal business for as long as they will pay TO THEM TOO. When they are caught the taxpayers loosing twice. They will re-take by robbing you, next time. They are here to take, not to pay the tax. Think twice: innocent till Proven Guilty, or guilty till Proven Innocent. IRS must be the only Lighting that strikes TWICE and TWIST into ONCE.

Going around the World into wars for bags of gold and money in interest. That's what this interest is all about. In the name of interest IRS already spreads around the World, replacing international laws, domestic laws, and rules of others. That's how untouchable they feel. IRS terror already governs the World, like Hitler dominated the nations. Taken from Hitler: terror, oppression, tyranny, detention and withholding of wealth of others to support "own" prostituted drug habit. Without revelation, historically, criminal elements favored America and settled here freed. The motto always being set to kill and robbed and make live. Yet, stalk HUMANS across the World 'til their death, for one reason only....... trilling extortion. Princess Diana paid it dearly. What Interest This Was For A killer, kidnapers, rapists, prostitutes and thieves, that's what they are and that's what their Interest is for. Back in 1991 attempted to kill me too......in a car "accident'' of course. I survived this and much more. One figure of this kind comes to my minds Rostenkowsky. This political figure is synonymous to the IRS's interest. Vulnerable interest eventually goes to the alternative's pocket. Clearly, no interests are the same, better yet, there are conflicting interests. So, what is that Interest Who knows! One thing I know is what the Interest should be. First of all the interest belongs to the people, to all taxpayers. That's what we pay for, working for 30K a year, paying 25% of that to the government to make up their salary of 200K per year to represent me and my interest, should be Too Much.
Majority of us pays money to the government to protect our borders, our lives, our homes, our properties, and us. Cost us "arms and legs" to finance the government. However, the borders are "open" to illegal criminals and terrorist. They come and go, taking all they can; jobs, money, properties and lives. Government doesn't seem to be concerned with that. For 40 years, things only gets worse, not better. Seems to be "top secret" interest when IRS chases an American soldier to collect his "cavalierly," leaving his SS to an INS. We Are The People, so everybody lets go to the beach, and leave the Interest to the leach.

Speaking about Army. Let me tell you little story, how I became .Spy in Ms. Yee eyes. Ms. Yee was "Special" IRS Investigator to "Dishonorable Army discharge." Somehow, during her investigation, she jumped into conclusion of me being "less" than honorably discharge from US Army. She called Staff Sergeant, my dear Army Friend, questioning him about it. We have had an entertainment time when he told me "that staff." When Ms. Yee called him and asked, he told her "I was discharge for being a spy." She was excited, we had a good laugh. You have said that "bustard," "it's not a crime to "own" "you" that Interest," but it is a crime to: come illegally to this country, to spy, to steal and robs, to kill, to defraud, and to smuggle and pesticide with drugs.
