Hungary

The country where we couldn't be arsed biking.

I know, I have to add to that, but it is true. By the time we got to Hungary, we had been on the bike for about 3 months. We managed to get a one week break from biking in Greece, and it all managed to catch up with us. So, after we got off the bus ride from hell, we managed to negotiate the (very) busy streets of Budapest, and found ourselves a hostel. We spent a few days in Budapest, looking at stuff, enjoying tea and golash, and trying out some of the historic bath houses.

I thought we had some photos, but I haven't got them in cyber-space yet. That might turn up later.

Bike boxes

Well, what do you know! Turns out there is a photo there!

From Budapest, we were helped by some very kind locals who were able to convince the bus driver ("no english") that there was plenty of room in his enormous bus for two boxed bikes, and we caught the bus to Vienna, the capital of Austria.
