  • You go to this section and into the "Get MasterIce to Help" page.

  • Type out your problem as explicitly as possible.

  • I email you back and you fix the problem with my direction. If necessary, we can use the Anime Coffee House to talk about the problem there.

  • I post the situation, metioning no names, on the website so future problems like it can be solved.
