Yet another way to represent a vector is to specify the number
of steps it takes, in the x and y direction, to get from the tail of the vector
(A) to its head (B).
Note: Due to limitations, the column vector is written
with 2 pairs of brackets. It should be written with only 1 bracket embracing
both the top and bottom values.
