OUTWARD BOUND LEARNING BASED PERSONAL GROWTH LABORATORY

Emerald Isle has tied up with Excalibur for offering a professional OBL environment to building teams.

Objectives:

• To facilitate better understanding of human processes that are 'intra-personal', 'interpersonal' and 'Group Dynamics'/
• To help generate one's creative energies and processes.
• To identify one's own blocks, fears and disabilities and evolving strategies for unblocking.
