Today&Future Forecast SummaryCurrently @11:01PM, 22F, dp 14F, 71%, 1022.9mb, calm 0, clng unlimited ft, vis 10mi, none A powerful winter storm brought moderate-heavy snows to the southeast and mid-atlantic states (nc/va). Some locales could receive over 12" of snow from this one. By tommorrow morning the snows will be moving away from the coast slowly. All eyes then turn towards the next forecasted storm for Sunday and Monday. Almost all of the models are hinting towards a major event. A low will develop on the gulf coast and ride the coast. Depending on the track of the storm, some areas along or just east of the I95 corridor could receive 1-2 feet of snow. It's still too early to call for sure, but the models are remaining stable on this one. Also, the atmosphere is setup and ripe for a storm to develop. I'm really tired so that's all for tonight. Guaranteed that the closer to the upcoming storm, the more I'll be writing in this section. Check back tommorrow for another update. Have a good day...8^)...Ev |
