Today&Future Forecast Summary10:55 PM: Temp 66F, DP 60F, RH 81%, 1014.2 mb, variable 5, vis 10 mi, 90% crs, cumbnmbs, none The atmosphere is fueling right above us right now. Many lines of t-storms developed this afternoon and moved across most of the area. However, my backyard was spared any storms so far. Here, we will at least see rain later tonight. Quakertown northward to the NY/PA border will get socked by a strong looking line of t-storms. Some of those storms are bowing on radar which means that strong will are accompanying them. There could be some damage reports of trees/wires blown down coming in as I speak. Yet, no sever t-storm warnings are being issued yet. It's still almost 70 out with dewpoints around 60. That's some soupy air prime for shwr/t-storm development especially with the front stalled out to our north and west. That front will fizzle out tommorrow morning, a sure sign of spring/summer. It doesn't have enough energy to push through here meaning that the warmer air is stronger. Tommorrow we'll hit 80 and some areas around here may hit 90 by Wednesday! If the shorts are still packed away, get them out because jeans and long-sleeve shirts will be too much. Enjoy the beautiful next few days. 8^)...Ev |
