Today&Future Forecast SummaryCurrently -sorry no current observations right now Today was an awesome day. Much of the snow in the valleys melted to nothing but a few patches by mid-afternoon. However, a few inches of snow could be seen in the surrounding hills and mountains. It definitely got me in the Christmas spirit. Some of the reports showed 7-9 inches of snow in Eastern New York, much of Massachusetts and lower Vermont and New Hampshire. My cousins in Grafton, Ma got 7-9 inches....must look nice... As for the rest of this upcoming week, a storm will spread over NEPA Wednesday night and Thursday with only rain. Rain will be a blessign because they are in a seriuos drought around here. After that storm next week is staying solid with the long-range forecast models still. Cold air will pour into the East Coast just before Christmas between the 21st and 23rd. Simumltaneously, a storm could bring some SNOW for a white Christmas...still waywayway off. Ok have a nice day and enjoy the cool crisp weather!...8^)...Ev |
