West of Bohemia (L.I.E.): Taking exit number 57 towards Route 454/Vets Highway/Hauppauge/Patchogue, Merge onto Expressway drive south. Turn right onto (454) East Veteran's Memorial Highway. Take this 4 and a half miles down. On Your right side will be McDonald's, make a right onto Smithtown Ave., McGuire's is in the parking lot behind McDonald's.
