FEEDBACK: Sure, but flamers will be hung, drawn and quatered, their remains will then be burnt and the ashes will be seperated into a hundred piles which will all be thrown into different parts of the sea..
DEDICATION: I'm still dedicating to Alix, so it's dull, I don't care. Sorry if I sound bitter, I am quite :-)
DISCLAIMER: The characters belong to Joss, WB, Fox etc. not me. Don't sue 'cos I don't have any money. As the weeks since Willow and Oz's wedding past their relationship deteriorated.
Willow was always 'tired'. When Oz wanted to talk she was 'busy'. She never went to his gigs anymore. And he was getting bloody tired of it. It seemed to Oz that he was the only one putting anything into this marriage.
"Will, I've got a gig tonight. Can you come?"
"Oh Oz, I'm sorry, I'd arranged to go round Xander and Anya's. If you'd told me in advance then......" Willow trailed off not even taking her eyes off the book that she was reading.
Oz sighed. He had told her in advance. He'd told her so often that he was sick of hearing himself tell her. She'd always give some non-commital answer and the carry on with what she was doing.

That night Oz had barely been gone 5 minutes when Willow heard a knock at the door. She opened it pulling Giles inside the house and into a passionate kiss at the same time. Willow knew it was wrong, she just couldn't help herself.

The dingoes were taking a break and the disco was playing some cheesy tune, but Oz wasn't really listening.
He was worried about Willow. She was distant and distracted the whole time. She seemed to always want to go 'round Xander and Anya's.
It was as if she didn't find him interesting or exiting enough anymore.
If he didn't know that Xander and Anya were very happy he would have assumed Willow was having an affair with him. Even if Xander wan't happy though, Oz couldn't really believe that Willow would cheat on him. Long ago she had done it and it had nearly destroyed them. He couldn't believe she would risk that again. Besides, they'd only just got married.
Oz picked up his mobile and called home.
The phone was on it's 6th or 7th ring when he remembered that Will had said she was going to Xander's. Oz was about to put the phone down but at the last minute it was picked up.
"Hello, It's Willow." his wife answered. She sounded flustered, as if she'd had to run for the phone.
"Hey, It's me. Sorry, did I catch you as you were about to leave."
"Leave? No, why where did you think I was going?" Willow answered sounding confused and still flustered.
"Well I thought you were going to the Harris's"
"Oh...yeah..um...Xander phoned, said Anya was feeling ill, so I'm not going."
"Oh, well, I was going to go out with the lads after the gig, but if you're on your own I'll come home. See you soon then."
Oz was determined to make a big effort with Will tonight, he'd go get a video, something romantic, she'd like that. Flowers too, they're always good.

Giles wrapped his strong arms around Willow, encasing her in his love. He bent down and kissed her softly on her neck.
Willow pulled away from him.
"I'm sorry Rupert, but there'll be othernights" Willow showed Giles out of the door suddenly feeling very guilty.

Giles lay on his bed. He could still feel the Willow's skin against his own, her breath on his face. The only image in his vision was her face, the only sound in his ears was her voice. But it was her face as she pulled away from him. It was her voice on the phone to her husband, lying to him after only being married a couple of weeks.
Giles got up. If he didn't do this now he never forgive himself for what he was doing to Willow and Oz.

The next morning Giles slipped a note through Willow's mail box and went to the airport. Hopefully she wouldn't read it untill he'd got to England. He'd left no phone number or forwarding address, how could he when he didn't know where he was going, it would make things too complicated if he had anyway.
Giles wasn't sure if this choice would destroy him, but he knew for certain that if he hadn't taken it, it would have destroyed Willow and Oz.
