Good Chili!
I got this from the Gabby Dude on the news on TV.  It is good, good stuff.  The first time we made it we cut in half.  Now we go full recipe and freeze it.   My instructions Might be strange, but it works, try it!!

Ingredients-
  4 lbs good beef (sirloin works well).  Cut into ½” chunks.  (Keith & Karen’s is the best!).  Thanks.
   6 onions.  Chop well.
   4 cloves of garlic
   ½ cup celery, -mostly leaves (chopped)
   4 green bell peppers, Chop the heck out of these also.
   3 cans of stewed tomatoes with juice.
   4 cans of red beans- drained
   ¼ cup chili powder
   1 table spoon wine vinegar
   1 -7oz. Can green chilies
   2 cans tomato sauce
   Pinch, or to taste, cayenne pepper
   2 bay leaves
   4 teaspoons cumin
 
Now the fun part!  Brown the beef and onions in 4-tbs. oil.  Drain and start adding the rest.  Let cook on med. For three to four hr. Then simmer till it tastes right for you!
  Good chance for kid’s to get experience chopping veggies.  It’s not very spicy like this so kids seem to like it too.
