Mountain Eggs


These are fun to cook, they puff up high like a mountain!

In a microwave safe bowl, break two eggs and stir until mixed up.
Put it in the microwave on medium high for one minute.
Lift around a little to put the raw egg out of the middle and cook again for about 30 seconds. Use a pot holder to remove dish!
I like butter, salt and pepper on them or a slice of cheese.
Here in Wisconsin we put cheese on everything!
