RECIPE CONTEST

Strawberry Tree

You will need 2lbs of fresh strawberries, with the leaves off and cleaned.

depending on how much chocolate you like, 4-8 bars each of dark cooking chocolate and also white cooking chocolate.

a Round glass pedestal dish is prettiest.

-------------------------------------------------------------

Melt the chocolate in seperate bowls in the microwave, stirring often until totally melted.

You place enough strawberries on the dish to cover the bottom, and then spoon chocolate on the strawberries....enough to coat each strawberry. Stack more strawberries on top of the bottom layer. Put more chocolate on these. Repeate until you have a tower of strawberries coming to a point at the top. You can either use the two chocolates or you can use one or the other. Pour chocolate over the entire arrangement so that it runs down the sides. This is a Strawberry Tree. Great for grooms table. Hannah Harvill-Tx.
