INSTRUCTIONS

- pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease and flour 9x13 pan
- melt caramels in 1/3 cup evaporated milk(do this first and set aside)
- combine cake mix, melted butter, nuts and rest of evaporated milk
- When mixed, put in pan and pat down like a crust (use less than half of he mix)
- Bake this bottom layer for 6 minutes
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over bottom layer
- pour carmels over chocolate chips
- Spoon rest of batter over caramels. (using palm of hand)
- bake entire mixture another 15-18 minutes
- Let cool
- ice with favorite chocolate icing
- cut into small squares
