Rules of Garden of Anime Award Nomination: 1. The nominated site must be japanese animation related. 2. The nominated site must not contain any adult oriented materials. 3. The nominated site must contain creativity and well written HTML, Javascript, Java, etc. 4. The nominated site must be able to load on an ethernet server fairly fast. 5. The nominated site must have a user friendly environment. 6. Please wait three weeks for a reply. The Guidelines of Garden of Anime Award Winners: 1. The winning sites will be recognized here. 2. Links will be set up to the winning sites with a brief description of the sites. 3. Each winning site will be rated with either "great", "excellent", or "the best". 4. The award HTML code will be emailed to the winners in order to display their award. 5.
