English Muffin Pizzas

Ingredients:
English Muffins
Pizza Sauce
Mozzerella Cheese
Your favorite pizza toppings

Split English muffins and toast in the bottom of a Dutch oven on your camp stove. You just want the muffins to get a little crispy - don't let them brown. Spread each muffin with pizza sauce and top with cheese and your favorite pizza toppings. Place 3 small rocks* in the bottom of your Dutch oven. Put your pizzas in a cake pan that will fit into your Dutch oven. Place cake pan into Dutch oven, cover and bake until cheese melts and pizza is hot.

* This raises your cake pan off the bottom of the Dutch oven, and allows the hot air to circulate around the cake pan, allowing you to bake your pizzas on your camp stove. Be VERY CAREFUL to select stones that are dry. Wet stones may have water inside, that when heated will turn to steam and cause the rocks to explode.

These may also be baked in a box oven, right on the oven rack.
