Tuna Can Breakfast

Serves 1

Ingredients:
1 tuna can
1 egg
1 1/2 brown & serve sausage
1 slice American cheese
margerine or oil
1 English muffiin - split
1-2 teaspoons water
Hobo Pie Iron

Grease inside of tuna can with margerine or oil. Slice sausages lengthwise Put water in the bottom of the tuna can. Place sausages in the can. Scramble egg and pour over sausages in can. Cover the can with a small piece of foil and place on grate over fire until eggs cooked and sausage is warmed through. While egg is cooking, toast muffin in hobo pie iron over fire. Make a sandwich of egg and cheese slice on the muffin. Eat & enjoy!

Variation: Use your favorite breakfast meat in place of sausage; ham, pre-cooked bacon, etc.
