Chibiusa is Bunny and Mamoru's daughter from the future. In the R series, she comes back from the future to look for the Silver Crystal. Chibiusa hypnotizes Bunny's family into thinking that Chibiusa is their cousin. Bunny and Luna are the only ones who realize that she's not. At first, Chibiusa acts like a brat and doesn't get along too well with Bunny, and instead begins to get along very well with Mamoru, which makes Bunny very jealous. Chibiusa loves Mamoru a lot (yes, that way, a little bit), even though he is really her father. But Bunny realizes that Chibiusa only acts like that because she is lonely and misses her mother and father in the future, and Bunny and Chibiusa grow to love and admire each other, especially after they learn that they are mother and daughter. Chibiusa learns that Bunny is Sailor Moon, whom she had admired all along.

During the fight with the Black Moon, Wise Man convinces Chibiusa that no one loves her. She becomes Black Lady and fights against Sailor Moon. But the Sailor Soldiers and Tuxedo Mask are able to convince her that they really do love her, so Black Lady becomes Chibiusa again. After Neo-Queen Serenity defeats the Wise Man, Chibiusa happily returns to her parents and friends in the future.

Chibiusa returns in Sailor Moon S and becomes a sailor soldier, Sailor Chibi Moon, who will one day take over as Sailor Moon. In Sailor Moon SuperS, she becomes Super Sailor Chibimoon and transforms with Bunny.
