IntroductionIn our world today, there are so many different religions that it makes it hard to know how to witness to them. What I mean from the above statement of "different religions" is that there are so many that stray from what the Bible teaches, which even includes some so called Christian Denominations. I hope that this site will give a powerful tool to Christians that desire to learn how to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ. CatholicsOne of the major things to remember about Catholics is that their main stray away from the Bible is it's power given to men, priests and popes and such. The Catholics believe very strongly in work salvation. Their sacraments are required to get into heaven, and they still don't believe that they can really know till they die.Major DONT's... Do not argue with them Do not try to prove their religion as wrong Do not insult their religion, that includes the Pope Do not witness from the stand-point "You are Wrong!....Let me tell you the truth" Major Do's... Do develop a relationship with them Do listen to them Do know their religion pretty well so that you can speak intelligently Do go about the presenting of Christ from the stand-point of having a PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP...(they don't have that!) Do use THEIR Bible! |
