Visualize an apple.
See it in color.
See it in 3-D.
See yourself holding the apple.
Feel the apple- the weight, the waxy skin.
Hold the apple to your nose and smell it.
Bite into the apple- hearing the crunch
and tasting the flavor.
*the last three are the hardest items and may take
the most time to master.
