Sit in front of a fire, go into alpha, and hold some kosher salt in your left hand. Allow your feelings for the one you love to go into the salt. Just as the salt is sprinkled on food to flavor it, visualize your love flavoring the salt. Then toss it into the flames and say:
"It is not this fire I wish to salt,
but the heart of the man/woman I love.
If it is good for the both of us,
may both our hearts burn
with true love for each other.
So mote it be."
