Mahoujin GuruGuru is a popular manga which also later became a cartoon which is as funny and cute. I have only one of its cartoon series but it is enough to tickle my brother who does not understand its japanese dialogue at all. Mahoujin guruguru is by Hiroyuki Eto who has a pet cat and he likes to include a small story on it and its irritating habits. Below is the picture of his cat which does look pretty...errr..stoopid??:Þ Anyway, about the gif above... that creature..ya..he is a imp with magical powers and a mandarin name called Ji-Poo-Er.However sad to say... singapore's version of this manga has only reached book 7 and thus...as far as i know about the story is till there, so anyone out there who knows about the whole story??? Plsss do enlighten mi. The story starts with a boy around 11 called nike who had a father who was bent on turning him into a warrior. In the end, it turns out that he had to team up with a young witch call kukuri to fight the demon king. Thus the quest begins and the journey is fraught with many dangers that seems more hilarious than scary.
Nike is the chosen one to save the world and he is considered to be one of the 'bright' world. He loves money and is an exceptionally arrogant fellow and he seems to like kukuri's butt too.... However His power is the ability to summon a sword to appear at will (like starwars...hehehe)
Kukuri is a clumsy young witch with 9 out of 10 spells to turn into disaster. She belongs to the guruguru tribe which has powerful magic spells. She is considered to be one of the 'dark' world and seems to be the sole survivor of her tribe which has mysteriously disappeared when she was born. As a baby, she was adopted by a cranky old witch and the both of them lurve to argue. Kukuri has a magic stick ,which is inherited from her tribe, that she uses to write spells on a surface and activate it. She is infatuated with nike who in turn seems to be more infatuated with himself.
