You walk up the steep road leading to the mountaintop. You walk, and walk, until finally you see something in the distance. You walk a little faster and come to a huge clearing at the top of the mountain. It's now starting to get dark, but you can see that someone's been here. A noise behind you makes you turn around. Standing in the dim ligh is a girl, about 17, with dark brown hair hair, and even darker eyes. "Hello," she says,"My name is Julianna. Why are you doing here? It's such a long way to walk."

You try to say something, but the view from the mountain top takes your breath away. It's so beautiful, you think. You look back to Julianna, who is now gazing at the view too. "I came up here when I was 10, hoping to find a friend. You see, I have no family, no friends, all I have are the birds, the bugs, the plants, and of course, this view. But nothing but a few animals lives here. But now I've recieved a minidragon egg, to have as a friend, not a pet as some people concider them. I know they're magical, and I won't ignore that. I myself am magical. I know how hard it is having to deal with such powers. I'll give them all the freedom they want and need. All I want is a friend. My little beauty has hatched. He's a little black mini, and his name is Twich."



Once again, you find yourself looking out onto the beautiful land below the mountain. The first star appears, shining brightly. "Well my friend, you should go. It gets very cold up here at night. Don't worry about me, remember, I'm magical." she says, and winks. She dissapears, leaving a silver shimmer in the air about you. You turn back to the road and, with one last look at the view below, start your way back down.

A voice in your head rings,"If you want a minidragon as a friend, go to Kalenik Sands. I'm sure you can find a little friend there."
