Simplistic
training table.
This table starts from the
very basic white training silks and goes through all the way to reds. it
gives restrictions and the colors of the silks. all subs in observation
collars wear black silks but are to be tested from where it is best to
begin by seeing what they know upon this table.
White training: ~Wt~: usually
naked. restrictions: do not serve until told to do so by a Master or Mistress,
they watch and observe.
1.respect: this is the normal
things that a sub must know in order to be respectful to Those they are
serving ex: eyes on floor, no speaking unless given permission, thanking
and greeting when entering.

WHITE SILKS:
white silk...
white silk is a girl's first
step in learning to be sub. all that is sub is within her but needs to
be gently opened and drawn from her. one is not a pleasure sub but still
feels the desires that every sub feels. it is lust and desire kept under
control till permission is given. one may be sensuous and express her needs
and burning fire in subtle ways. one is learning obedience and respect,character
and loyalty,the first steps of interacting with subs and Masters/Mistresses
in a way that is becoming as sub and brings honor to one's Owner. also,one
is learning the serves of food and drink, the different beginning positions
and how to begin to describe and express one's self in a way that allows
Master or Mistress to see them and feel one's desire to please.
one may not open her legs
to show her sex or lap or kiss Master. one must keep her thighs shut with
her palms down on her thighs when kneeling before Master. the One who owns
her must be obeyed and as white silk, if Another requests to use her, she
must be first obedient to her Master or Mistress and explain her restrictions.
one needs to gain experience in describing her feelings, her appearance,
the way one moves, the room, its effect on her, sights, smells, sounds,
time of day, temperatures, etc, as seems fitting and helpful to painting
a picture for the One she is serving. one must not be sexual but can be
sensual. one must also not forget that she does have sexual feelings even
if not permitted to be expressed as her fire and desire within her will
still radiate in what she writes, even without crossing over her restrictions.

may kneel thighs open, but
palms down in restriction to serving sexually. if this isn't excepted then
kneel tower. at this stage they start to learn no sexual positions.(leading
positions, comands,

yellow silks where yellow
silks tied in a slip knot on the left shoulder. they may serve food and
alcove as well as begin to dance.
red training silks: ~Rt~
red training silks are subs
who wear yellow silks with red trim. they are practicing mostly on dancing
and description. at this time it is up to them weather they want to continue
their education. as Rt silks they need to reach that extra level to learn
and start to gather their own information.

these girls are practiced
in serving and dancing. they have a good understanding of the LS at least
as far as a sub'sknowledge need be. at this time they can start helping
the first girl teach if allowed by the Sub Mistress and proprieter. though
they are red silks, it is up to them to stay current with chatroom rules
of their home as well as strive to learn more about the LS in general.
Positions
Prostrate
this position is the position
used for begging entrance. it can be done with thighs together or appart
depending on the restrictions placed upon that sub. folding at the waist,
the forhead should touch the ground, arms stretching out before them and
fingers spread in supplication. from this position a sub may then ask permission
to enter.
Bracelets
In this standard binding
position the sub turns to face away from the Master, back and shoulders
straight, wrists held at the small of the back for ease in attaching sub
bracelets
High Bracelets
A girl stands with her feet
shoulder width apart, out should be outstretched before her with wrists
together for binding. head held high, eyes lowered.
Crawl
The sub gets down on all
fours, palms to elbows flat against the floor, bottom in the air, forehead
close but not quite touching the ground and crawls to within inches of
the Master's feet .
Hair
The sub stands and bows
at the waist, letting her hair fall forward for display, to be seized or
for any other purpose the Master might require.
Heel
The sub goes to the Master's
left and kneels a few paces behind him. when he begins to move she follows,
staying behind and to his left. if on his right, this may mean she is in
disfavor.
karta
karta is the position for
begging something of a Master while wishing to honor them. this position
can be done with thighs together or closed. while folding at the waist
press your forhead to the ground, arms before your, hands palms up in begging..
fingertips close but not touching the Master’s feet. from here she may
then make her request.
Collaring
Sometimes referred to as
the collaring position. In this position the sub kneels at the Master's
feet and leans her body back, sitting upon her heels, with her arms extended
upward, crossed at the wrists, and her head beneath them lowered in supplication.
Leading
The sub stands and moves
behind her Master,slightly to His left or right side depending on which
of His hands is dominant,bending at the waist. she places her hands behind
her and puts the side of her
head to her Master's hip,
that He might lead her easily by the hair while walking.
Leasha
(also called Lesha)
The sub kneels, thighs well
parted, back straight or slightly arched, head held high, chin tilted to
the left, hands at back with wrists crossed. This position is used to clip
a leash onto the collar or for simple display/inspection of a sub girl.
High Leasha
this position is simmilar
to leasha except done standing. back to the Master/Mistress, cross wrists
behind your back for beinding, head up and to the left to expose your ko-lar
to the leash.
She-Sleen
a command sometimes used
for punishment. When ordered into this mode the sub stays on all fours,
like an animal, and cannot speak or reach for things with her hands. she
is kept quite definitely as only a mute pet much like any sleen would act.
Sometimes the sub is even taught tricks she must learn without the help
of verbal clues.
"In this form of subry, which
is commonly used for disciplinary
purposes, or for the amusement
of the Master, the woman is not
permitted to arise from
all fours; similarly she is not permitted human speech, though she may
signify needs and desires by such means
as cringing, and moaning
and whimpering. Not permitted the use of
