End of Eternity Basic Rules Set: Nature and Demeanor

Nature and Demeanor are sort of like Jungian Archetypes. Each describes an essential form of your character's personality. A character's Nature shows the underlying element making up a persona (i.e. the "true" self), while the Demeanor is the "face" that the character shows to others around them. What follows is a list of Natures and Demeanors along with a (very) brief description of each. Those presented below are the archetypes permitted for play in the End of Eternity Game.

Ghoul Natures and Demeanors
Typically ghouls, whether Player Characters or NPCs, should have either their Nature – if not both Nature and Demeanor – chosen from the list of archetypes below.

Typical Ghoul Natures: Architect, Caregiver, Child, Confidant, Conformist, Idealist, Martyr, Optimist, Praise-Seeker, Soldier, Survivor, Sycophant and Visionary.

If the Ghoul Player seeks a different choice of Nature then he or she may do so with HST Approval.
