Photographs of Endau Rompin National Park:
From Singapore to Kampung Peta
|
In order to reach Endau Rompin National Park, we took a train from Tanjong Pagar train station in Singapore to the town of Kluang in Johor state of Malaysia. The train journey took about 2 hours. At Kluang, we were transferred to a rugged looking bus and started a journey east to the town of Kahang which was about 45 minutes away. After lunch at Kahang, we continued to the Orang Asli aborigine settlement of Kampung Peta which was about 1.5 hours drive through a rugged track road through palm plantations and dense rainforest. The group photograph on the left was taken at our chalets at Kampung Peta. |
