Friday, Oct. 19, 2001 - a date which will live in memory of the disapprobation that occurred - the Junior bench of downstairs Science Center was suddenly and deliberately attacked by unreasonable, gauche people of the Sophomore Class. The Juniors was at peace with that class and was still in conversation with the Deans and the Hata looking towards a reasonable maintenance of the benches. Indeed, an hour and a half after we had consulted them, ignoble Sophomores had commenced graffiting and polluting on our bench, the Sophomores to the Juniors delivered a formal reply to our message. While this reply stated that it seemed useless to continue the existing negotiations, it contained threat or hint of war. Always will we remember the character of the onslaught against us.
No matter how long it may take us to overcome this premeditated invasion, the Junior people in their righteous might will win through to absolute victory.
Hostilities exist. There is no blinking at the fact that our people, our territory, and our interests are in grave danger.
With confidence in our forces - with the unbounding determination of our people - we will gain the inevitable triumph - so help us God.
