OZRA Race Meet
Race Meet Rules:
An owner may only enter four (4) horses in any given ungraded race.
An owner may only enter two (2) horses in any given graded race.
There will be no more than 12 entries in a race.
Horses who have won a maiden race may never enter another maiden race.
No race will be held if it has less than 2 entries.
At some point, I will put restrictions on maidens competing in non-maiden
races. I shall do so as soon as I think we have enough non-maidens
to comprise a field for a standard race.
Major races will be held once every Oz year, along with several regular meets.
Awards for Horse of the Year and such will also be announced at the end.
