Massage Gift Certificates are one of the most thoughtful and personalized gifts you can give to any person for any occasion!

You may order gift certificates over the phone by calling (224) 578-1125, or through email at engelwellness@yahoo.com. I prefer cash but will honor personal checks provided with full name, address, phone number, and driver's license. I can mail the certificate to the recipient or you may also pay in person and take the certificate with you to give them yourself! Payment must be received before release of certificates. Certificates are good for 4 months from date of purchase, and are not transferable or refundable. If the recipient is unable to use the certificate for any reason within 4 months, then the purchaser is credited for a massage for the amount of the certificate. I request the courtesy of advance notice if cancellation is required. Gift Certificates are exempt from any special offer rate. |
