the last tuesday cafe is a regular monthly showcase event held in the maze (forest tavern) on the mansfield road in Nottingham. The cafe club features renowned and not so renowned alternative acts from nottingham and beyond in a jazz club environment. Hosted musically by Engine W Fader and poetically by The DIY poets the club invites guests to perform each month. The nights provide a relaxed environment and encourages participation and diversity within a quality DIY ethic.
EWF Productions have been working with young rappers, recording demos and encouraging under 18's to develop their skills. Creating a collaboration between old and young with a project called 'radford rappers'.The radford rappers was a collaboration between artists 'squadrunz', radford care group, croft nursery and the music production and design work of EWF . The project created a rap song letting forth the opinions of young and old towards each other.
An under 18's rap event has also been organised in conjuction with the maze in Nottingham to give young performers a chance to organise, promote and display their talents.the event is being held december 2006
EWF Productions is a venture designed to utilise all our skills and contribute toward artist development, for our own art forms and those of others. The vision is to create a range of events, designed to showcase local talent across all disciplines, dance, visual arts, music, bands, VJ/DJ, MCs and so on.

Design and management of artist support event Arts Pool, Nottingham
Creation, funding and management of the multi-ability West Cumbria Music Workshop
Arts project management for Home Front Recall Projects, East Midlands.
and also provided technical support and project/stage management under the name of OLIMELIA TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES.

Over the years Jan and Oli have worked on many productions, community projects and pieces of art and have worked with such people as BBC Radio 1's DJ Bobby Friction and Turner Prize Nominee Phil Collins aswell as with not as well known but just as fantastically talented people as artist Naz Tanbouli, theatre director Johnny O'Hanlon , poet Andy Summers and creator Paddy Bloomer.
