Albada
College is devided into four departments (Technical education, Education,
Economics, Health Education). Besides the different departments, we also have
the main office and the shared service center to keep this institution running.
Every department consists of a management (team), the staff, the control, the
administration, the different education branches and the main office of the
department. The latter consists of for example: the department director, the finance department and
Adrian’s and my working place: the human resource department. My job
includes everything concerning employers of the technical education department.
I am responsible for the making of contracts, the registration and control of
the sick, the implementation of salary or salary changes ect. Adrian is the head
of this department. His job comprises the supervision of my work and the more
complex matters concerning the human resource department.
